Hi
My husband is looking for a software program that will help people troubleshoot off his website.
In other words they would type in their problem and get a choice of solutions then be asked if the problem is resolved - if not then provide additional solutions etc....
He thinks this is called Knowledge Based Database but when we search that term we keep finding CRM stuff..... any one know what to call it and have any idea on which types of software companies are worth investigating this with?
