Hi all!
Julie here from New Hampshire; we've been without power since Thurs. night, no school on Friday (got shopping done!) and a very cold house BUT thank goodness we powered up our Mia Bella candles! http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif Sure made for an interesting mix of scents!
Here's hoping we get back on our feet soon...hope everyone who may have been affected by this ice storm are doing ok!
Hugs, Julie

It was unbelievable Julie! So many tree branches down, and utility lines everywhere you went on Friday. It looked lika a disaster area. It's amazing what an ice storm can do.
I can't believe the size of some of the branches that I saw down, and the sheer volume of downed limbs was just incredible. I haven't seen an ice storm like this, in I can't remember how long.
We were without power most of yesterday, andonly justtonight at 6pm got our phone, internet cable back on (we have the comcast bundle of all 3, and their lines were down too). Glad that storm is over with!

Glad to hear from you girls...I was worried about the both of you. Ice can be a bijillion times worse than a snow storm. With no electric and all of those romantic candles.....lets not have any surprises at Fling ;). If all the NH reps are 7 months pregnant we will know why....
Have a great night...glad you are safe.

Julie and Kristine....I hope you both are doing well and have power backhttp://wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif!
I'm in NH too and I just thought I'd pop in here and send my well-wishes. We lost power for about 12 hours on friday but we are back on now, thank goodness. I know a lot of people here are still out, but mostly down south.
Take care...and stay warm!!!Edited by: ~Becky~

Reporting in...back on the grid!
Woo-hoo!
Running water is SUCH a luxury. I will never take it for granted again.
We went through a lot of wood (thank goodnesswe were able to stay warm thanks to wood stove) and ALOT of Mia Bella's. Our house smelled just like Scent-Sations. Since I couldn't really "see" what I was pulling out of the boxes, we had a lovely potpourri scent going on...Sweet Fig & Wildberry, Tahitian Spiced Vanilla, Angel Wings, Lilac, Liquorice & Grapeseed, Key Lime Pie...votives in every windowsill!
Keeping those who are still without power in our thoughts...there are MANY, unfortunately.

I've been worried about you girls in the northeast! Bless your hearts. So glad to hear from you ~ sending warm wishes and happy thoughts your way.
Deb, I bet your house smelled AMAZING! You had no heat or electric, but your house smelled good! Gotta love the positive side of everything.
You girls are awesome up there - keep Kristine warm (and connected) I might need her! smileys/smiley36.gif
