I have done the basic setup and have all the main links working, I havent showed it to the client yet, can you guys look at it and tell me what you think, and if I should change anything.
Also can you tell me if it takes a long time to load,I didnt put a preloader on the flash at the top, I'm trying to see if I need to.

Looks great. I think your tables need some padding, though. I like the colors, and the header is great.

I vote leave it to the left since all of the text is left justified too. Just my opinion.
