Has anyone tried domain parking...
We have 2 sites parked and so far we have accumulated 2 euro :)

I've never tried it. Sounds interesting though if you can get a good domain name. :)

Actually, domain parking annoys me. I've been trying to get a certain domain for 10 years, and someone has it parked (I have always called it squatting). It's really irritating to a small business owner to have someone holding a domain they want, hostage like that (for thousands of dollars).
Sorry, that's just the way I feel, being someone on the other end of the issue. All of my experience with it has been rather negative.
From what I understand, one can make even more from a parked domain, by putting Google AdSense, or other advertising on the parked page.
I also have a client in Florida, who lost her domain to a "parker" after one of the hurricanes this year. It expired and was snatched up before she could get internet access to renew it. smileys/smiley18.gif

Yeah I feel you... I know its like hoarding stuff to create demand... Anyways it is a good concept as some people dont do it just to park they might have plans to use those domains later. Just a thought
