Hello everyone!!
Are any of you having problems with your shipments? Every shipment of mine seems to get missorted or lost or held up somewhere. I am getting really frustrated. My COTM was sent out on the 12th and it still isn't here.smileys/smiley7.gif

All of my COTMs have been delivered as scheduled in the last two years and we moved from Florida to Chicago (go Cubs!).
You might want to call UPS and vent with them?

Your not the only one having a problem with UPS and Fedex! My sponsor has had problems for the last 3 months. Unfortunately, she hasn't been having much luck getting the situation resolved either- the last order was late and she got charged $75 to have it expedited!! She's pretty frustrated and when she called MB all she got was the run around. Which is odd because normally they are very good. She's sent an email up to Bob so we'll see where it goes from there! I know I've had problems with getting the shipping notices, but that seems to have been resolved with the new tracking option on the invoice page.

Gosh we ordered on Friday Morning and the UPS man just left here at 3:30 pm Monday afternoon!
I mean we live in New York, only one state away, but boy that's fast!

Mine have always been fine! Sorry you are having this trouble.
Did you check with UPS to find out what the problem is? Try a tracking number?

Hi Becky,
I am sorry to hear that you are having so trouble with getting your orders! That has happened to me one time and the company reshipped it and sent me something extra for me havin to wait!
It should work out soon!

I followed my shipment with the tracking number and then my husband called to see why they sent it to the wrong place. They told us it was missorted and they are refunding our shipping back to the shipper. I e-mailed Scent-Sations and complained.
I live in Canada so some of the problems is because of Customs. Still I have had some of my shipments here within 7 days. So now I feel like if you can get it here within 7 days once then you should be able to do it all the time.
