If I order the Sample Pack or the Fast Start Pack do I get to pick the scents if I want to or are they just random?
Thanks,
Amy

I do not offer my new person the opportunity to choose their fragrances in the Fast Start; it gets too complicated. And there is a high probability that they will pickfragrances that they love but that is a very low seller. Now the initial impact when they start showing is reduced.
The 12 picked are the Top Sellers for 7,000 reps for this time of year. That HAS to mean something. Order personal choices later but for now go with the hottest sellers.
That usually settles it. I'm investing $400 in a new business. Hmmmm, do I want to go with what I like and take that risk that I 'know' better, or with what 7,000+ people are already selling with success?
Put in that light, the decision is quite easy for most.
Don't make this too hard for your new person! The advice is: emulate what works; add your personal touch AFTER you are already doing well.

8. Mulled Cider
When I was with Lynn (the candle maker) in PA, I asked her what HER all time Mia Bella favorite is. She said Mulled Cider.
I have one here ready to burn and LOVE!smileys/smiley36.gif

A woman who just joined said that she wanted to start with a LOT of the jars first.
So I suggested, joining the Candle of the Month Club, then 3 cases of the jars of all of the scents that she loves. That's what she did and she's very happy.
Let people know all of THEIR options.
