BroadPath Healthcare Solutions is hiring a team of work from home Licensed Health Insurance Agents that are the cornerstone of the next-level service we provide to our customers. Whether you are connecting customers to the appropriate plan or explaining the ins and outs of plan coverage, your work makes a difference…and you get to do it all from your home. RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Licensed Health Insurance Agents will work from home and ramp up quickly. You will receive inbound calls from customers who are interested in purchasing health plans. BroadPath will provide all the necessary resources and tools for our agents to be successful – equipment, paid training, reimbursement for any required Health License (s).
Receive inbound calls from new and former customers
Use active listening skills to guide customers to the appropriate plan for them
Explain company sales, medical underwriting, and enrollment process to set realistic member expectations
Meet and/or exceed established performance goals in the areas of sales, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, adherence, and attendance
Work effectively in a virtual, work from home environment
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
An active Health Producer License
Recent experience being a Health Insurance Agent for at least one season
A patient, caring, personality
Demonstrated success at being able to collect relevant info, determine needs, and connect customers to the appropriate health plan (i.e. multi-task)
Friendly, genuinely interested, and responsive to customer needs and concerns
Ability to listen skillfully and accurately, use “soft sell” techniques, and persuade with enthusiasm, tact, and passion
Being a self-proclaimed MS Windows expert
