WORK AT HOME - Corporate Travel Consultant
Do you have a passion for travel? Are you an experienced Travel Consultant that would love to work from home?
SYKES is looking for full-time experienced Corporate Travel Consultants that want to work from the comfort of their own home! This position requires experience in the travel industry with 1-3 years of Sabre Red GDS experience or equivalent.

This is the right job for you if you have:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience with a travel agency (preferably corporate) or 2-3 years of experience with an airline (preferably corporate)
• Clear understanding of the needs and expectations of corporate travelers
• High level skills in reservations, reissues / exchanges, ticketing and customer service
• Passion for service, one call resolution and tailoring the solution for the caller
• 1-3 years of Sabre GDS experience – Red and/or Native preferred
• We don’t hire in the following states: Alaska, California, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Montana, New Mexico, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, West Virginia
Nice to have (but not required):
•Knowledge of international exchange rate calculation and taxes
