Default So who out there is working on groups?

So who out there is working on or gearing up to start working on groups?

I just got my logo shirts and next is getting my portfolio together with paperwork, etc. I am very Xcited!! I actually have one gentleman on my team that is working on a Paint Chain of 8,000, and a Dollar Store chain with around 12,000 employees. If he lands one of them, I would be earning an overide on EVERY employee that enrolls for the plan!! My sponsor would also get an override!!

Just one nice sized deal either personally or by a member on your team, and it could be like winning the lottery! Better actually! You can keep going for more deals if you like after that!

This is one MAJOR difference between XHC and Ameriplan! You can earn overides on 3 tiers RIGHT AWAY, whether they be groups, individual memberships, or ABOs - they build up your check right away.

So how are you prospecting your groups? I am in a major NYC city suburb and am thinking about hiring an outsourced telemarketer to call businesses for me to set up appointments. Lots of businesses in my county, but can walk a couple blocks and jump on a train to NYC and be there in an hour, which is what I love about where I live!! So much opportunity here - and NY States health insurance costs about 4x higher then the national average!

I have one business pending, not huge, but I'd be glad to have it. I've had various "issues" (fire evacuation, health) interfering with me diving in all the way yet, but I plan to very soon!

I plan on focusing on businesses. I have to get abit more training and my marketing materials together first as I have only been in the business a few days. I am making a list of the businesses that I at least "know" someone, so hopefully that wil at least be a foot in the door.

Who should be our first point of contact for businesses if we don't know someone? Human Resources, Benefits Coordinator, maybe?

Depending on the business, HR or Benefits Coordinator would be good.
Bottom line find the person that has the final say on it.

Xactly!! Some small businesses: Restaurants, Retail, Auto Shops, that may have 20 - 50 employees may actually be "Sole proprietors" or "partnerships" which could just have 1 guy/gal in charge that does everything with one sole "Office Manager" which does everything from answering the phone to paperwork.

Of course if the small business never had any benefits before, they won't actually have a "benefits coordinator."

I was kind of thinking full color postcards made up on Vistaprint sent to small businesses in my area to generate leads.

Hi All,
Can you explain to me the idea of the printed tshirts as it relates to working with groups?

Thanks,

Hi Egi,

The polo shirts with Xpress Healthcare on them gives us a more
professional image when we meet people.
You can't call do overs on the first impression.

Very casual business look
