How likely is it that I would be earning enough to cover my first month's fee in 2 weeks if I join under the trial?
Do the ABOs provide their own training, or is it all provided by the company? Or a combination of the 2?
Is the focus on signing members or signing other business owners? Where is the money (the best commissions)? (in the 'other' company, the money was with signing business owners - despite claims to the contrary. Rather pyramid-ish in my own opinion.)

I want to join under someone who can help me build my business by selling memberships. I struggled in the 'other' company - I just want to work without a lot of 'stuff and fluff' in between me and my business. (Bonuses are nice and welcome, but not my focus. I see them as incidental to helping others.)

Also, are you allowed to do fund raisers to sell memberships?
Thanks
I was in FAHT. Made nothing.

I think how likely it is will depend on how well you know how to market, talk to people, and are willing to work. Some people build it fast and others slower. It depends on how much you can put into it right off. One of the others can probably tell you better there.

Training is provided by both. Like I'm about to sign onto Skype where I can chat with my team. I can post a question and get an answer in no time. Everyone helps everyone. You can even talk to the people in corporate via skype. Call someone up, practically any time of the day or night. Ideas are shared constantly, training is there if you want it and they back off if you don't. And it's good training. It truly is. Better than FAHT that's for sure! They've helped me with mindset, where to market, ads, scripts, and if need be someone will do a 3 way call with you so you get to see how to close. I find it really really nice.

The focus is what you want. Personally, I'm interested in both. I market to both, except locally I market just to members. My preference is members as I want to help them, but I will happily sign up either one! There's plenty to be made in both routes.

You are allowed to market to groups, businesses, and yes you can do fund raisers. Good potential there for both reaching out and for earning. I'm planning on talking to some non-profits that are local and try to help them reach their goals. Sharing and Caring, United Way, Habitat for Humanity. heck, I'm even going to talk to the soup kitchen!

Yes - I was on the FAHT for 2 years, and about 6 or 7 on my team were too! My sponsor was an ESD. I was an RSD in 2 months and 5 days after joining.

Long story short - I am making double my Ameriplan residual that took 2 years to make in only a little over 2 months in Xpress Healthcare!!

The back office tracking and capture pages/autoresponders that we have do a lot of the hard work - we can see who is seriously looking at our site, and who spend a minute looking at one page. So you know who to call first if you have a ton of leads. Sure beats going through interviews "sorting" through people when your back office does some of the sorting for you even before you pick up the phone!!

I was in profit in 2 1/2 weeks. Pretty quick - but I say for most it could be longer as you do it slowly.

Welcome my3rugratsnme. You are going to be so happy with your decision. Your back office is great, and there's even a video to show you how to use your back office! You can always contact your enroller for help. But the entire leadership team would be glad to help as well. I am a member of the leadership team, so feel free to contact me anytime.

The easiest way to contact any other member (your own "team" or not) is through skype. If you aren't yet a member, I suggest you download skype (skype.com). Once you join, we can add you to the skype group. Even the founders are in our group!

Like several others on this forum, I too was an Ameriplan FAHT member - for 6 years. After only 2 months with Xpress, I was earning more than I was when I left AP. I was in profit mode (earning enough to cover my monthly fee) in less than 3 weeks.

There are a couple huge differences between AP & Xpress. 1) Xpress has over a million providers nationwide; and 2) We operate nationwide - in ALL 50 states.

What I love most about Xpress is their amazing training and support. Their integrity is without question. One great example: A gentleman contacted our HQ with questions about joining as an ABO and bringing his team of 600 members with him. Corp could have just worked with him of course. Instead, they asked where he got the information about Xpress. When the gentleman said it was from an ad posted on craigslist, HQ suggested that he contact the person who posted the ad. I was wowed by that! I believe that any other company would have simply worked with the caller, and when he was ready, sign him directly to corp.

Since most of us signed sometime this year, we are all fairly new. Welcome to all! We are brilliant to have signed with this phenomenal company!

I have looked at several Xpress Health pages from several online sources (including several here) I don't remember which one I looked at first. I did give my name to one that looked like it was strictly corporate so I could see more information, and am getting the auto emails from a name. I don't know if I was just rotated to someone or if that was the person's site? Do I have to sign with them, or can I talk to several ABOs and sign with one that seems compatible to me? I don't want to cause problems, but sometimes you just don't always mesh with the person you first get in contact with, KWIM?

Default Hi Jerseychick!! Don't enroll until you read!

Hey Jerseychick it's me Charles Orlik!

I believe you spoke to you last week!!!

Actually everyone on here is on my team already, and so is my sponsor.

So before you enroll through me link, I'd rather you email me first, so I can give you one of my team members links, so I can help them out as well and assign one as your sponsor - this way everyone benefits - and of course I will be supporting you as well as your sponsor, and everyone on the support team.

Yes, I was an Ameriplan FAHT team member for 6 years. I am earning more now - after 2-1/2 months with Xpress than I was when I left Ameriplan.

Nearly everyone will sell memberships & recruit. However, our company mission is to put our plans into every house in America. So, signing plan members is greatly encouraged. We're also taught how to sell to groups, and that helps to build your business quickly with members.

I dislike recruiting immensely, but fortunately, we have several ready-made lead capture pages in our back office, all connected to ready-made autoresponders. So, most of my team members sign up w/o my ever speaking to them. Our automated system does the recruiting work for you. I was never able to figure out the back office with the other company, and therefore, I used no autoresponders.

You can, of course, benefit from having a team, because we pay $10 for each ABO 3 levels deep. So, you'll receive $10 for your recruiting, $10 for your frontline's recruiting and $10 for their recruits. You'll also benefit from your team's membership plan signup. Your own $12, and $2 each for every member your two tiers enroll.

It is possible to cover your first month's fee in 2 weeks, but of course not everyone does. In particular, if you were to sign a business/group, you could sign many people at once.

My main target group is restaurants. So, I could sign the employees in one restaurant and be earning lots from that one sale. Xpress helps you with groups, but you get the full commission. So, let's say you signed a group of 100. You'd immediately be earning $1200.

Get organized before enrolling, think about a business you think might sign up. Then when you sign, you'd have a pretty good chance of covering your monthly fee very quickly.

As to your question about training. Our training is incomparable! It starts with your high-tech, but user friendly back office. There is a video to show you how to use your back office! There are dozens of training videos on every aspect of the business. Your enroller of course will help you & we have several teleconference calls each week.

Sorry, I rambled on a bit. I hope this answers your questions and clarifies some issues for you. If you have more questions, please feel free to contact me.

There is nothing wrong with shopping around for someone that you can work with best! But I tell ya, having the team is amazing. Even if I couldn't get along with my sponsor, there are others that I mesh with quite well. Everyone is here for everyone and no one is left on their own (unless you want it that way.)

I'm sending information with my mom when she goes to the VA hospital again - there's a lot of veterans who could benefit from Xpress so that they can afford doctors closer to home!

Is there a difference between the teams? (Like there was at the other company - some had better training, etc, others just left their people hanging)
I will say the FAHT team was really good about training and providing leads for their members.

Hi Pam. As with any company - direct marketing or a corporation - different people train differently. With FAHT, yes the team provided good training opportunities, but what if your enroller never told you about them?

When I signed with my previous company, my enroller quit w/o training me at all! I never heard of Janie Jones. I didn't know she existed. I just struggled for months training myself. I did, however, make it to ESD. The only person at fault was my enroller who quit right after I signed.

So, it isn't just about the team, it is also about each individual ABO. I am one of the company leaders, but I know several others who are great team and company leaders. Xpress Healthcare provides several biz op & training calls each week, and many of the team leaders offer team training calls as well. Our Corporate ABO Mentor is amazing and is available to help ALL ABO's.

A huge difference between Xpress and the other company is our back office. It is high-tech, comprehensive and user friendly. You can practically learn the entire business from your back office. There is even a video to teach you how to use your back office! It does half your work for you as well, because it has several ready-made lead capture pages with autoresponders. I've signed several people w/o ever speaking with them first! The autoresponders made the sales for me.

We also have a leadership team, of which I am a member, who is there to help ALL ABO's, whichever team they are on. I could go on & on about all the resources available to you for training, not only your team leader or enroller.

My advice is to contact and speak with any ABO you think you might want to sign with. Be sure you have a good rapport with them. If you don't, contact another ABO. Because of all our different personalities (both prospects & recruiting ABO's), you may not feel comfortable with one person, but you may with another. No matter how great a team leader is, if their personality does not "click" with you, don't sign with that person.

Every ABO wants their team members to succeed. When their team members succeed, it helps the enrollers & the company.

If you'd like to listen to one of our calls, you are welcome to do so. Contact me and I'll send you the schedule of calls. We also have a recorded biz op call to which I can refer you if you like.
