Default Hiring full/part time writers (for Money related blog)

Hi everyone,

We're looking for a few native English writers for an ongoing project.

This is an opportunity where there is enough work for you to make a good living doing this. I have as much work as you can handle as long as the work quality doesn't suffer. We have writers that have been with us for over 5 years.

This is for a personal finance blog (mostly focused on ways to make and save money, free stuff, etc).

Our posts are usually long and comprehensive. There is no word limit for our posts, but we prefer over 1000-words long.

We provide you with a list of keywords/terms to write posts based on.

Requirements:

Prefer someone who can write at least 1-2 posts a week.

knowledge of money-related matters (especially ways of making and saving extra money) is a plus.

Looking for writers that don't rush posts just so it's done and they can get paid. We want our posts to be truly useful and comprehensive for our readers.

These are blog posts, so we like to break the content up. No paragraph with more than 2-3 sentences. We like to use 1-2 word sentences. Online Copywriting background helps.

You must be able to communicate well and respond to feedback without taking it personally.

Knowledge of SEO (at least the basics) writing is very important. If you do not know at least the basics of SEO and writing blog posts with SEO in mind, please don't apply. I don't mean to sound rude but just trying to save both of us time.

Feel free to have a look at our site, MoneyPantry.com, to get a feel for what and how we write posts, how we format things, etc.

I will send you a "guide" file with a bunch of SEO writing tips and other helpful tips (to get you aligned with the style, tone and the way we generally write our posts) that you can apply to your posts.

Pay

They pay depends on the quality of work. For the first few initial articles, the pay will start at 4 cents per word. Based on the quality of work, the pay will go up.

Paid via PayPal.

For the first few posts, will pay you after each post. But once we decided we are a good fit for each other, payments will be made weekly or after every 4-5 posts. That's mainly because of my time restraint.

Yes, you will be 1099ed for taxes.

Please feel free to ask any questions you have.

If you are interested, please send me a message along with a few samples of your work.

Thank you,
Saeed

Default I can do this!

Hello,
I taught English/writing for 20 years, and I have 26 years of experience in the field of education. I have completed a doctorate, which means that I wrote a dissertation. I believe that I might be a good fit for this project.
