Is Scripted dead?

Since the resdesign on Scripted.com, I've done about three jobs in total. I used to do at least a couple every day. I pitch stuff but never hear back. Are there any actual active clients on the site? Is it still working for anyone?

Kind of. I do still get work; I just turned in two articles the other day. But the work is way less than usual. Starting in 2016 until about 2018, I got a lot of work there from direct orders from the same few clients. I was too busy most of last year to work there much, but once work slowed down for me, I tried pitching in August and had like 50% of the pitches accepted. I believe they hired more writers in Sep and now it seems like only 10% of my pitches are accepted, I assume because the newer writers are bidding a lot less. So while I still check the site and pitch on articles I think I'd be good at, it's definitely no longer a main client for me these days. I've had to go apply to a bunch of other jobs to make up for it. Wish they never did the redesign, but I guess it's too late for that.
