Question CV for writing site?

I'm applying to a content mill and they are asking me for my CV. Are they looking for my academic CV or are they looking for something more like a resume?

It's for the website: http://writers.academia-research.com

Since it's academic, I assume they want my academic CV. Any tips on how to write a good one? I can list my degrees, minors, writing awards, with my GPA. Does that sound too simple, as it does to me!

Thanks in advance!

Just so you know, the term "academic writing site" is a euphemism for term paper/essay mills. These sites are where students purchase papers they're too lazy/unskilled/whatever to write themselves, and helping students commit academic fraud is illegal in some states. Maybe you already know this and are fine with it, idk. Just thought I'd mention it because I get the sense that you really don't know what these sites are about. Their wording can be vague and even deceptive.

As Scarlett 78 says, be very careful of this.
But in general terms, I would say rather ask the potential client what they need.
