That's terrible. It's kind of ironic that you brought them up because I've recently applied as a writer and haven't heard back. Maybe it's a blessing in disguise.

I'm honestly surprised to hear this. I have nothing but awesome things to say about WordAgents, and I've been working with them since October 2016. They are always quick to answer if I have questions, and have always been super helpful and courteous. I'm sorry you've had such a negative experience

I was shocked by it, too, because up to that point, everything had been nice. The first email was friendly, and I thought things would turn out good.

Hey Everyone.
We apologize if one of our representatives spoke out of line or disrespected you in any way. We work with several writers from WAHM and maintain long, successful working relationships with them. Our writer evaluation process is strict and we do not hire each of the several hundred applicants that contact us every time we expand our team. Regardless, it is our fault for speaking to you with anything but respect. We will research the incident and use it as a teaching tool to ensure something like this does not happen again.
