Weebly for a website. Or go to Contently and set up a portfolio, with room for other info. For many clients, that's all you need.

Be very careful with those free websites. They can be taken down by the host with little or no warning.

Wordpress is super easy to use, I built my website in like ten minutes. I am tech savvy but I learned it all via Google. I wouldn't use a free website builder and Wix sites are known for not being mobile-friendly. If you want a Wordpress site built it's not hard or expensive to hire someone to help out.

it really is easy to use and there's no reason not to "do it right" when you're building a business website
