Hmm. I don't know. I'm sure you've seen this, but on their their FAQ page https://www.writersdomain.net/Help it says:

"Can I register if I am not from the United States, Canada, France or Australia?

We only hire writers from the countries in which we do business or have clients—that is, in the US, Canada, France, and Australia—so we are currently not able to hire writers from outside those four countries.

It is the responsibility of the writer/registrant to provide WritersDomain with correct information regarding their citizenship status. The writer/registrant assumes any and all responsibility for fraudulent information submitted to WritersDomain."

FAQ is probably not updated. The forums have had several posts where they mention writers from the UK.

Maybe PM WritersDomain here in the forums?

How long does it normally take to get a response back from them? I applied on the 9th and still have not heard anything...

Ok, I managed to get around the problems with the registration form and get accepted.

Let me get this straight: WD provides a keyword and no guidance on the direction of the article, the writer spends time writing the article, and a reviewer can then demand a full rewrite because they don't like the direction you took? So you scrap the first article and write it again, taking a new angle, and hope that they like that one better?

That seems to be how it's going for me right now. Is there any limit on the number of times you can keep trying before you hit on the approach they're looking for?

This seems like a way to waste a lot of time and potentially not earn anything...

I have recently signed onto WD and have done a good handful of articles. Have you read the blog post about ideation? Make sure you're thinking outside the box a little. For the keyword "dentist," don't write about how to choose a dentist, kwim? I'm trying to think of what some of my topics were for various keywords. Here are a few I can remember:

dentist: I did one about different types of dental specialists.
orthodontist: One about getting braces as an adult.
tea light holders: Ways to decorate your apartment on the cheap.
animal dentistry: Stomatitis in cats.

So basically, narrow your focus if you're not already doing it. I did get one article back; the keyword was "tattoos" and I wrote about ways to deal with nervousness before getting your first tattoo. The first reviewer sent it back and said she didn't like that direction. We were actually leaving for vacation early the next morning and I just let it expire. That was one of the first articles I wrote, though; since then, I havent had any returned.

Yes, great suggestions Michelle! One good rule of thumb is to not go with your first article topic idea. I recently did one for "towing services." The first thing to pop in my head was to write about tips for finding towing companies in your area and choosing the right one. There are a million articles like that, so it isn't that helpful. As I started researching, I got the idea to do it about the other services towing companies offer (like jump starting your car and changing a tire) and that one was accepted.

Now I'm kind of nervous about the last two articles I submitted being too vanilla. Oh well, it's good to know now how to get an interesting topic.

I've been with WD for a while now and I love it. They are not my only source income but quite a bit of my money each month comes from them.

Are they still hiring? I applied just now and got an email about possibly being put on a wait list. Just wondering if it always says that, or if they have stopped hiring for the moment.
