I've also never had an outstanding issue but it is good to know that we don't have to be on our toes with them anymore.

This is good news. I have read many accounts of being having their accounts frozen on other forums.

When I saw the title for this, I thought we were in for increased fees from PayPal! What a relief that the changes will be in our favor!
Thanks for the heads up, Anng. |

That's good news though I have never had that big of a problem. I had it happen once when I first started making more money but I called and it was cleared up in a few hours.

That is wonderful news to hear. I have not been on the freezing end of it but been on the receiving end where pay was delayed because of who I worked for having problems

I can breathe a sigh of relief. I thought it was increased fees also. Good that they are attempting to look out for clients.
