Default Changes Coming to Paypal

It was on CNN this morning that Paypal is going to be completely remodeling its fraud division so that accounts will no longer be frozen for weeks or months if they suspect fraud.

I've never had an issue that took longer than three days to clear up, but I know others have.

I've also never had an outstanding issue but it is good to know that we don't have to be on our toes with them anymore.

This is good news. I have read many accounts of being having their accounts frozen on other forums.

When I saw the title for this, I thought we were in for increased fees from PayPal! What a relief that the changes will be in our favor!

Thanks for the heads up, Anng.

That's good news though I have never had that big of a problem. I had it happen once when I first started making more money but I called and it was cleared up in a few hours.

I'm happy to hear this.

I've heard a lot of unfortunate stories about PayPal freezing accounts for months.

That is good news. I've used Paypal since 2006 and have never had a problem, but I know that others have.

That is wonderful news to hear. I have not been on the freezing end of it but been on the receiving end where pay was delayed because of who I worked for having problems Thanks for sharing!

I can breathe a sigh of relief. I thought it was increased fees also. Good that they are attempting to look out for clients.
