Does Suite101 still exist?

Well, I would like the 4 bucks that they owe me.. not have it all go into a pot. And if the previous poster got paid out, why can't i?

I don't know about Suite101, but when Merchant Circle shut down, they owed me $7, which was less than the $10 cap. I asked what would happen to the money they owed and said if they weren't paying up, I'd rather take those articles and use them elsewhere. They did pay the amount due. Never hurts to ask.

The site isn't shutting down, but since they are so radically changing the terms of service, they have said that they would consider returning articles to those who choose not to continue on to the new site. So if anyone wants to end their affiliation with Suite101 and get their articles back, now might be the time to ask.

Interesting. I haven't logged on in years and I see they have completely revamped the site. Completely! One reason I left was because there were way too many ads/distracting links and I couldn't even focus on my own article. I just checked an old article and the page looks much cleaner now, and they enlarged my photo...very interesting changes.
