Thanks. I got back the first three chapters from editing today. It turned out not to be painful after all!
There's no reason for a book to take six months to publish, except that it's waiting around for someone to do something with it. [img]smileys/smiley1.gif[/img] If the manuscript, layout, and book cover are done, there aren't six months worth of WORK left to get it out in print. It's been stressful trying to finally get this together, but very exciting. Every time I speak people ask if I have a book. Always having to say "no" just meant a lost opportunity. I'm so glad to moving forward on this years-long goal. Best, Alison |
