Can I Change My Blog Title/Domain w/o Transfering it?

I have a WP blog and want to take it in a new direction.

The blog is on Word Press
I use HostGator
I want to apply a NEW domain name... one that I've already purchased.

Also... are there any free online resources for uploading a picture and creating a custom header?

Yes changing the title is a simple change from the Wordpress Dashboard, settings.

There are several good YouTube videos that show and tell you how to move all of the docs to make this happen, its rather easy if you follow along with the videos.

If I had to type all of the steps out, I would more that likely leave one minor detail out that would affect your results.

A descent free resource for creating your own header is called X Header. Its pretty simple to use but its a little harder to do detailed headers like you can make in photoshop.

Typically what I do if I do not want to take the time to play around in photoshop to create an awesome header. I will create a moc header of what I want in x header then send it to a graphics expert on fiverr.com and get a much higher quality header than I could create myself for only $5. I think the one I use is photoshop4u, she is awesome.
