Wordpress Themes...and Headway theme

Hi everyone~

I have a couple of sites/blogs running on wordpress, and I am looking for a theme that is easy to use! I am currently working on my boyfriend's new business website using Headway, and I HATE it! The whole drag and drop idea sucked me in, but I feel like I am going in circles with it. I am regretting my purchase. ugh... I don't want to post his site here, but I am looking for a very clean design, and hopefully free. Any suggestions would be great! Thank you!

Hello! I just started a wordpress blog and played around with Themes forever. The one I finally settled on was Vortex because it's really simple and clean. It's also really customizable.

I'm actually thinking of changing, though, because I am definitely not very good with CSS or really anything wordpress related, so I might go with one that is specific for what I'm trying to do.

You can see what I've tried to do with it (not much yet), but I've at least uploaded a custom heading and added several pages. I was told that using Jetpack (I think?) with the custom CSS option makes it really easy to make changes.
