Did you try re-uploading again, just in case the referenced file did not upload properly last time?

What exact method you are using to load WP on your hosting? Are you compressing all the files and then uploading it on your hositng or trying some other ways??
Please elaborate on this.. |

This is telling you that the file compat.php doesn't exist where it's supposed to exist. Check the path shown and make sure that the files are being updated into the correct folder.
