Default What to do...

So I'm fairly new to this company and I feel that my sponsor is not there for as she was form the start.I feel that since I didn't hit Rising Star and she didn't get her Bimmer that she has jump ship. The last conversation I had with her was when she was telling me about this new company that she is with and it kind of pissed me off because I joined up under her because I knew, like, and trusted her because we were in the same networking group. So now I feel stupid because I had other people who I wanted to join but I personally thought it would be wrong to do that especially since I built a relationship with her. When she told me she was starting with a new company I asked her were does that leave me and the team she said she will still be here to help but other people on the team don't even pick up on her phone calls anymore. I'm trying to follow the system but it's hard to 3 way a person who never picks up but text me a day later saying let's set up a time to talk and when I do they still don't answer or call back. I really want this to work because I love the company. I left my original company to promote the challenge but I really don't know what to do. Should I leave and sign up under someone else or should I keep pushing forward by myself? Thanks

Keep reaching out, to her sponser, and their sponser, and so on and so on.

If the person I signed up under left, I'd go to anyone else on the team who was willing to work with me, and I'm sure that's a lot of people.
Stay positive!

LIveYourLife,

Starting out can be frustrating and your upline really needs to help you. Getting back to you late is just not excusable especially for a 3-way call.

Since my direct upline is the TOP earner in the company and just went Diamond (we are still in Prelaunch - officialy launch in May, 2013) I try not to ask him the "easier" / "logistical" questions. For those, I just ask in our closed Facebook group and others are always willing to answer and help out. . But for 3-ways, I just text and he gets right back to me.

Successful TOP network marketers really know how to use their time wisely. Ask your upline who you can ask the logistical questions to so that you don't take her time, but ask her if she could get back to you sooner regarding the 3-way call. And if she can't, ask her who in your upline can help you.

I would contact head office and explain your situation. They should be able to put you in touch with a successful person in your upline who is willing to help you. Let us know how it works out!

3 of my leaders have left the company one was even a 1 star...when I did call the company they would not tell me who was next I can speak to instead they said they will contact the person for me because they are not allowed to give out that information. So I was over it and left the company...I'm happy where I'm at now and is doing much better.
