Does pending mean that it's not considered complete? also meaning that pay is on hold as well?

My theory is: When work shows pending it usually means we have a lot of work so it takes a little bit for their system to catch up to the keyers. Or you are just so fast at typing, the system can't keep up! It's all good though. It does eventually get caught up and you get paid.However, I haven't seen it happen in a while/

Yes, those specific pieces of work that were submitted hadn't been approved yet. You only get credited for the work once it's approved, but usually it's almost instant. This was only happening to a small amount of work submitted.

That may be! I think it stopped happening for me the day after I posted. It usually doesn't hitch up to that extent, but you're right that it's not really a big deal. If it were happening all the time it might become a bit frustrating, but it seems okay now.
