multiple lines of data

I have a question about multiple lines of data for example

george a. smith
smith & smith llc

Are we supposed to key just the first line of the whole thing?

I skip those unless there's an obvious "main line" of text. Not sure if that's right though.

I usually key the line I can read best and has the most keys.

And I key it all ... who knows what is right or wrong. The guidelines aren't very clear to really tell you and you can't tell from the non-confirmed because it generally is way behind where you are keying. Wish I knew what to do as well.

I emailed them regarding this and sent a screen print to be sure they knew what I meant. This is the reply I got...

Hope this helps. I'm not saying that it would be unconfirmed if you typed anything or everything, but I was told to skip those. I'm not sure they always know what we're supposed to be typing

Only thing that concerns me with NOT keying them ... is you could get dinged for skipping too many. I will try skipping and see what happens. Thanks for your post in this regard.
