Default Financial/Conferencing Transcription -Lots of Work Available

We are actively recruiting individuals who are interested in a contractor relationship with our Company, who can transcribe audio content of financial results conferences, medical training seminars, group project meetings and other general business meetings, and who meet the following minimum skills and requirements for our General (mostly corporate) transcription contractor opportunity:

All audios will have 2 or more people speaking so the ability to differentiate between voices is a must.

Must type 80+ WPM, have excellent grammar and proofreading skills, have experience with MS Word and Excel, and must demonstrate strong computer literacy.

There is an initial assessment period before any individual is able to complete client work. Therefore, you must have prior experience in transcription. Those most successful candidates will have had work experience creating, reviewing or interpreting corporate financial information (e.g. 10Q, 10K, Annual Reports).

We are looking for individuals who are available to claim consistently. We prefer to contract with contractors who can devote an average of 15 hours or more per week to transcribing for Net Transcripts. Orders are released into our queue during business hours Monday-Friday with same day and next business day turnaround with our busiest days being Wednesdays and Thursdays.

You must be available to begin the assessment immediately. You must have a foot pedal, good noise-cancelling headphones, and a transcription software package of your choosing set up and ready to go or you must be able to acquire these items within a week of being selected for assessment.
