The thing that bothered me was they have it set up so transcribers transcribe every single thing the kid says, which is fine for literal transcription, but not fine for teaching a kid how to read better. What's the point of transcribing the child's efforts to sound out a word, if he's successful at doing so? That looks like it would be really discouraging, to put in all those technical errors.
