Hello,

I'm new to the "at home employment" world and have been researching various companies to see what would be a good fit for me. I'm wonder if anyone has been successful with contracting for speak-write?

Any information that can be provided would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks.

I've been with Speak-Write for four years. Like all companies, it has good points and bad points. If you have specific questions, please feel free to send me a PM and I'll be happy to answer them.

That's fine. I was just trying to fine tune it. They can tell me what's right or wrong since it is just a test....

I appreciate your quick response. Are you still working with them? Do you enjoy the work?

Yes, I am still working with them, and I do enjoy it for the most part. Good luck with your tests!

Hi there! I've been doing SpeakWrite for about 2 months now, just a few hours at night after work. Do you work at another job or do SpeakWrite full time? Just wondering if there is potential to make a decent amount of pay (say $400/week or so??) If you have any advice, it would be much appreciated! Thanks!

I don't work outsidethe home, but Ihave contracts with other transcription companies in addition to SpeakWrite. I can only do this part-time because I have two young children, and I workduring naps and after they go to bed. If you are able to commit to full-time hours, I am sure you could make that amount of money as long as the work is available.

I work full time out of the home and only do a few hours of Speakwrite a week. I am finding it harder and harder to get priority hours lately. I tend to think that you will need to work it fulltime and be on a high priority for scheduling to make that much per week.
