I squeeze on bag of lemons every week or two. I love fresh lemon juice in my cup of hot green tea in the morning. The benefits of green tea are great on its own, adding the lemon juice is a bonus! I actually crave it every morning! I use more juice in the afternoon in my never ending ice water at work too!

I love this post and seeing ALL the other uses for lemon juice. Great post!

I've heard that you can freeze whole or cut lemos & then grate them (including the peels) onto almost anything, like salads, steamed veggies, ice cream, or sandwiches.

Thanks for showing this. I've used to keep my skin clean but I didn't know it could be used for your mouth.

I don't know with you guys. But there's this lemon drink that I make. I call it a lemon wine. It's not really the fermented one. It's the very spicy and sour lemon drink. You drink it like any form of alcohol - in small amounts. You don't want to take too much sourness from the lemon, trust me.

What I do is I slice around 6-8 lemons (the green small ones). Remove the seeds. Pour it over a small cup. Add a little salt and 1 tsp of soy sauce. Lastly, press one chili onto the mix and then remove any piece of the chili. You only want the the juice of the chili. And that's it.

Ahhehe.... just sharing though.
