I've heard that you can freeze whole or cut lemos & then grate them (including the peels) onto almost anything, like salads, steamed veggies, ice cream, or sandwiches.

I don't know with you guys. But there's this lemon drink that I make. I call it a lemon wine. It's not really the fermented one. It's the very spicy and sour lemon drink. You drink it like any form of alcohol - in small amounts. You don't want to take too much sourness from the lemon, trust me.
What I do is I slice around 6-8 lemons (the green small ones). Remove the seeds. Pour it over a small cup. Add a little salt and 1 tsp of soy sauce. Lastly, press one chili onto the mix and then remove any piece of the chili. You only want the the juice of the chili. And that's it. Ahhehe.... just sharing though. |
