You are right but not only in case of water heater but also there are so many appliance through which can minimize our cost of bill. The need is only to use as much as and when required.

By doing all such small small cut off you will get shocked at the end of the month that you have saved a huge amounts of money.

I've been thinking about doing this but have been reluctant because I live in a really old house and my water heater is in the basement and it's scary down there (it's one of those basements!) but I guess it's time I make my husband do it!
