I have 8 team members who are overseas on military bases. Most are in Germany and they are killing it in their business. One even earned the Incentive Trip for 2. They love it.
Support from your sponsor is huge. Support from your future Director (if your consultant is not Director herself) is also important. Have you had an honest conversation with her and shared with her your goals and desire to really make a go of it. I always encourage people to go with their consultant but at the same time if your gut is telling you something else then maybe you need to have that conversation with her and explain to her where you are coming from and your concerns. See what she has to say.
