Is a pampered chef consultant sign up as 31?
There might be a few similar products. Would they be
Considered a competing company or no?

Sure! We have no policy at all that you can't be a consultant for another company. It doesn't matter if you are a leader or anything. No restrictions. The ONLY rule is that you can't represent both at the same event.

So if you are PC, you can't do a 31 booth and PC booth at the same time.

I love that our policy doesn't deter us from signing up with other companies!!
