Default Help With Home Office Equipment Choices, Please?

Hello. It's been quite awhile since I took CSR calls in my home with dinosaur desktop processors and equipment back in 2013. I didn't want to go searching all over the web for a basic list of what is required these days. I want to be prepared for MOST csr/call center requirements before I start applying to them, then get any extras the particular company requires. Would you tell me what is normally required? I may follow with some questions. Thanks in advance!

I have an HP gaming desktop that is super fast and a HP laptop. The desktop has duel monitors and so does the laptop. Over 8GB of memory on both so it can run my work at home apps. I do need better Internet but we live in an HOA so we are stuck with the provider who hate.

I have a Lenovo brand desktop that's overall been good. I'd get that brand again for sure! It's better than the Dells I've had in the past several plus years, although I don't know how much Dell has improved nowadays.
