I am trying to get a profile on upwork but can't get the photo. From my camera, the photo is too big. If you have upwork, how can I correct this?

Online Image Resizer - Crop, Resize & Compress Images, Photos and Pictures for FREE

Upload your image, go down to number 4, change the image size to like 50 or 60% from the default 100 (also make sure the keep Aspect Ratio is checked). Then you'll press the Resize Image button and have a resized image to save.

I've uploaded 3 photos each time it says it can't detect my face. Weird.

another option would be to try Amazon Mechanical Turk. It takes a lil while to get the hang of it, but I love it. There is no schedule, you decide what you want to work on and when you want to get paid. There is a wide range of work to do from surveys to transcription jobs available daily.
