Default Alorica Question

I completed the application and received an offer letter, what does that mean? It was not for the position that I applied for, will they keep sending offer letters?

I received an offer from Alorica for a skill that I could not work the hours for. I responded to the email and told them I could only work 15-20 hours and they responded with another offer for another skill. So you could probably respond to that offer letter and ask them about the one you applied for. Now I'm just waiting for my landline to get installed before I can get started.

Did you like it? I'm not sure what to expect for pay, I guess it pays per minute.

Default Alorica

It was ok, I did it when it was West, at that time it was very stressful getting hours, other wise it was fine. Now if I work 5 hours a month I am happy, just something to help pay for alternative medical treatment.

Question for you,
Do they want you to have someone sign as a preparer or translator even though you did not need one? Instructions not clear.
