There is a great writing section on this forum. You may also want to check freelance sites like Upwork.

I am a former professor who now writes full time. Stay away from content mills. Get on Upwork to find freelance jobs. Don't bother with elance because they are now owned by Upwork and will be shutting down this year.

Took me a little more than a year of constant hustle to build my business...so, don't get discouraged. I started mine while teaching.

I too would like more feedback/insight on Upwork. I see that they have "job" listings for Customer Service. I have 10+ years of CS experience. I'm articulate and I can type 60+ wpm. Any information would be extremely appreciated!
