We are seeking mystery callers.
You will place outbound calls, posing as a potential customer of the business that you are calling. You will have a script to follow and specific instructions for each call. Dependability is very important. A fast and dependable internet is required-no satellite, and you will have to purchase a specific Logitech headset, which will be explained during interview process. You must be computer literate and know how to make folders, upload and download files and find files on your computer. You must have a Skype account and know how to use it. Calls are made via Ring Central, so Ring Central knowledge is a plus. Hours are flexible between 10 AM EST-5PM EST usually. No weekends. Hours are not guaranteed, so you may work 4 hours one week and 10 hours another week. Other work may open up after some time of being there where you could get more hours. This would be ideal for someone who doesn't need a set number of hours each week or who has another job and wants to supplement that. A quiet background is a must, as you will be placing calls to businesses, posing as a potential customer. This is a 1099 position so you would need to be responsible for your own taxes and you would get paid through Upwork. In order to apply, you must have an Upwork account and apply through there. A link will be provided to those who are interested. You must provide a resume, and 2 professional references. This has to be people you worked for in the past-not coworkers or friends. You also have to provide a voice sample at the time of applying. If any of these requirements are missing, your application will not be reviewed. We are looking to hire fast and start training quickly. Thank you! |
