Hi I start next month as well and Ive worked for Apple before and some times during training they want you to jump on camera to introduce yourself and see what everyone looks like. They do let you know before this happens so you can be prepared lol

I haven't worked for Apple but I have worked for other companies that require webcams. It's just a way for them to connect with you on a more personal level.

It's the normal that call centers start of with. I had sign nda so not sure if im allowed to say didn't read the whole thing.

Any help with Apple would be great. I just applied for chat and have applied numerous times before and have not received any call backs and I have customer service experience and at home.

it took them a month at least before they called me with the 1st overview /screening of the job. They are looking so just be patient, and make your answers stand out.
