Keep in mind when restaurants are busy....it's not rocket science!

DD may pay more, but they do not pay you for every order/call you do. PM does.
I work for DD & yes they do pay for every call you do whether you place the order or have to escalate it. They just have bugs in their system that are not calculating the calls correctly right now, but they are working on fixing all issues.

Exact same email lol exact same situation. I was like huh? I still havent heard anything back from them. I also have a screenshot. Thing is they only seemed to have deleted the slack name, when I log into the page to take orders, it is still activated.

BTW I also didnt get my invoice and emailed a couple times yesterday because of it. I usually get it on Saturday. They finally sent it around 8pm last night.

They must have done a massive purge of contractors. A few days ago they had 515 members on slack, and tonight, they have 260.

My biggest complaint is, and always will be that stupid scoring system.

Otherwise, it's a nice little side gig.

I just tried to log into Slack and it says my account was deleted. I just checked my email and I have an apology response saying they will check into it. I'm not getting my hopes up high though, it is what it is. If they want to reinstate me, I'll do my job as before.

Ironically, I received the schedule earlier through a text message for the last week of May and first part of June.

I got the same one. It said they are looking into it or something like that. So I guess we will see. I know I had 2 friends get hired with them this last week. I just don't see how they plan to keep a staff with people trained if they are going to do this sort of thing. I have to work, and can only do so from home since I dont have a car and live in the boonies. My husband is to the point of just buying me a car and having me go back to work anywhere. He said he doesn't get the work at home jobs they seem so unstable.

No pending pay yet for the last invoice, it was up last week on Tuesday and in my bank account.

Just got a text message saying I am scheduled at 11-12. I didn't get that yesterday. Hopefully they are fixing whatever happened. I still can't log into slack though.

Wow.. so they kicked another 10 people in the past 24 hours!
I too got the congratulations email, but luckily as far as I know I'm still on the platform, but after everything I read, I am really stressed out about this company.
