i just started here! so excited....do we still get paid if we have to escalate or cot the call?or is it only for calls completed?

I think it has to do with all of the above. Just wondering how they rate you if no one picks up the order? Seems to be a lot of that happening.

In the PM chat room one of the leads was saying that the rating is based on how the customer rates the overall experience, and the accuracy of the order. Which still there is no way to tell if we called in the order wrong or if the merchant screwed up.

Just have to sit tight, until they get you the rest of the links to join the work bench & to link your bank acct for the direct deposit. Hopefully, it won't be much longer now.
I haven't worked PMates or DD today. Took a little break to do my income tax. I know, I should not have waited so late to do it. But it is always a ritual for me & I dread it every year. As an IC, who works several eggs that send me 1099s & a B&M job, it's a pain to have to report everything & keep track of receipts & things so I can claim deductions. I have had nights where I get 5.0 and 4.9 and other nights I get 4.6. So lately if I get an order that is unclear I escalate it so we can get it clear from the customer what they really want
