TeleTech Question

I applied to Teletech last week. While I was at work yesterday, my SO says they called and gave a recorded message stating something about a recorded interview and an email. I don't have an email from them anywhere. Is this normal? Should the call have lasted longer?

Any input is appreciated.

I'm really disappointed that I had seen a lot of talk about this being a decent company to work for yet I can't locate those threads nor get anyone to answer my question.

If you choose the "Search" option in the bar above after "New Posts" and search for Teletech, it brings up over 200 results. Hope this heps you find what you are looking for and good luck.

I just recently was hired by them and will start on Sept 10. They never called me, everything was done by email. Maybe go to the application you filled out, sign in, and speak with the live chat operator?

You mean the questions to the interview? You see them before hand and get to read them over before you put in your number and click "call me" at least that is what I had to do.

I did get to do that, I was relieved but still nervous. I hope I sounded good enough for them. I feel I have a strong, professional phone voice and years of customer service experience so... we will see!!
