Crisp’s innovative solutions range from state-of-the-art automated technology used to identify cheats in online games, to patented behaviour profiling of suspicious users on kids’ services and through to full-service moderation for UGC and social media.
We are currently seeking savvy, work-from-home individuals with a love of social media and community platforms to join our moderation team. The Work Working from home on a freelance basis, our content moderators are responsible for: • Accurately tagging content from social media and UGC platforms in line with moderation guidelines • Escalating issues to Moderation Shift Managers as necessary • Alerting Moderation Shift Managers to trends or building situations on a client’s site • Determining whether content is of a positive or negative sentiment • Providing Moderation Shift Managers with a timely shift report noting any issues encountered during shifts What We Look For • Previous experience in moderation preferable, but not essential • Experienced user of common social media platforms and demonstrated participation in online community activities (e.g. forums, YouTube, blogs, Pinterest etc) • An eye for detail and the ability to assimilate complex guidelines and apply them to the live moderation of content • Great communication skills • Flexibility and good team working • Friendly, but professional nature and a dollop of common sense!
