Any Amazone CS people?
Hi everyone,
It's been AGES since I've been here. Missed you all! Anyway, I read this article today about the woes of being an at-home Amazone CS rep, and thought I'd share and get any feedback, if you're so inclined. I feel for those guys. Everybody hates the surveys, reps and customers alike. They are intrusive to the customer and weighted unfairly to the reps. Who comes up with those surveys anyway?
