It's a 40 hour a week job and they do try to work with you on your schedule. It does kind of depend on which area you're supporting, they work differently depending on the needs of that area. You set the times that you're available and they do their best to schedule you within those times. I get my schedule a week ahead but other areas get theirs 2 weeks in advance. Each separate area is almost like a different company, they work that differently lol
You can have all the background noise you want, except for when you're in meetings, but it isn't a very good job for people who may have to leave their desk often. They expect fairly high productivity. |

This is the email customer support for the company that hires people to use their own cars for transportation services isn't it? How difficult is it to maintain metrics doing that?
