Just got hired with Sutherland!
So glad I found this forum. I just got hired with Sutherland and start training on June 4th.
 Does anyone else work for them? Any insight would be great.

I have not worked for Sutherland but I did interview with them once. I've seen others who say they are good to work for.

Congrats!!!! I worked for them loooong time ago.. been several years and I don't really remember anything other than the training. It was self paced and boring... but thats no big deal. Congrats again!

The training was very hard but when it came time to everybody getting paid they could not produce. I made sure I got my last check and I left. I never want to work for them again. Good luck in your position and I hope they have changed.
