I was wondering if anyone with a background in HR has been lucky enough to find work from home opportunities? Perhaps even HR training opportunities? Any suggestions?

Job Description
Sitel’s [email protected] interview team is responsible for evaluating candidates interested in becoming [email protected] customer service agents. This team will work from home conducting phone interviews by asking prospective candidates a series of questions to gauge the competency of the candidate against a set criterion. This position is unique in that hours vary each week depending on business needs. An ideal candidate must have the flexibility to work when needed, which may include weekend and evenings hours.

Job Skills:
• Well spoken
• Excellent grammar
• Good communication skills
• Listen and evaluate the competency of the candidate
• Previous experience involving verbal interaction with the public
• Proficient in computer basics
• Customer Service experience

Job Requirements:
• Home computer with DSL or Cable internet
• Must have prior interview experience- phone interview experience preferred
• Must a quiet work environment
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Minimum High School diploma/GED
