Does anyone know of a company like Intellicheck or other phone mystery jobs that may be hiring?

Are you looking for shops where you go to the location? Or where you evaluate customer service etc. on the phone?

I did a lot of research into phone mystery shopping for one of my work at home books.

Though I found a lot of legitimate mystery shops where you visit the store and fill out a report or reported back via your mobile, I did not find any I could verify where you could do all the shops on the telephone from your home. Though some claimed you could do it via the phone the ones I looked at were not legit.

Please clarify more of what you are looking for.

Here is the link, just be advised there is not a lot of work. Maybe 1 or 2 assignments a week, and they pay 5 dollars each so that is 10 a week. Just to let you know
