bit embarrassed to ask but desperate - arise.com
Hey all, I am going through Arise's CSP101 at present, and I must say that some of the "customer service "test questions are a bit ambiguous to say the least (!). I'm only on module 1 'though...
I wonder, does anyone have a copy of the final test answers for CSP101? I'd like to find out if Arise really are legit, for myself, before investing any further time and money in to this (I can't afford to spend any more $ on their programs right now) and I think the only way to do that is to get to the end of their initial training course (CSP101) and see what they say then. CSP101 is one way to find out if you're a good fit for the Arise program and if they're a good fit for you. Trust me, if you are struggling with CSP101, you may not make it through one of the client certification courses as they use the same type of learning modules/tests in addition to the live learning sessions. There is usually a lot (LOT) of client info to learn, and tests that must be passed in order to make it. Someone giving you the answers would only be cheating yourself in the long run. Besides the tests don't always have the same questions/answers (some may be the same but some different).

LOl. You need the test answers to see if Arise is legit? LOL. If you need to cheat your way through training, what makes you think you will be able to hang in the long run?

How is asking someone to help you cheat through a course is researching if a company is legit?. If you did not know and thought the company was not real why did you pay the background check and csp money?

very strange
I'm currently with Arise and I am very pleased with it and yes they are legit. You can take the test more than once so there is no need to cheat. Plus there are often specials running that will allow you to save money.
