I went through a bunch of stuff with them yesterday only to find out they don't hire in my state (New York). Then why contact me in the first place...

I had had an interview with Joe on the 10th of this month. He was going to hire me..asked me what state I lived in..stated that he had just received the list of the states that they hire in...and looked on the list and mine wasn't on it.I really was looking to start with them too because it would be perfect. He told me to call back next month because there are processes that they have to go through to get the go ahead to hire within that particular state. There are forms that the state has to fill out...anyways I will call again next year..see what happens

Question

Do you have to have a landline when doing this job, or can you use a program like google voice(which I'm hoping for, lol)

Thanks in advance!

Ok, never mind. I just read a previous post where it says that you need a personal computer,(got that), a USB headset (got that) and the internet. (Got that, too) lol

I don't think they hire in CA... usually if the pay they offer is less than the state where you live in min wage, then they wont hire in that state... because they can't legally pay you less than min wage.

Don't do it! I'm not even completely sure this place is 100% legit. All I have to say is beware! You will get paid, but if you can overlook having scruples for a paycheck, then by all means...
