I applied yesterday and took the typing test. I had an accuracy rate of 99.7% which I would say is pretty good, but my WPM was only 47 I know I can type faster than that, but I think it was my nerves as well. I really hope this works out, I think it sounds like a lot of fun!

I scored a 70 with 99.7% accuracy...what do we have to do? Just wait...I mean, are there any specific tests or anything that we have to do or do you just receive an email?

Hello, I did all my training through needle. How long does it take to hear back from them? Anyone know...

So you don't have to do the type test until after the interview? How long did it take those who were hired to hear back about an interview?

They aren't hiring for No*rton now. On another folder someone who is a leader asked that they remove the No*rton link from the thread because it is causing a lot of confusion and issues. If someone posted a link for that job on here maybe they should remove it too.

Process was very fast for me too. I think they are finishing up hiring by the end of the week. Good luck!

For those that were hired, do you have experience in both areas -- design AND gardening?

So excited! Applied last night and did all the training right away--and heard back this morning for an interview tomorrow! This is EXACTLY what I have been looking for, I have been doing phone work at home for so long, and the pay is much less than this. I am thrilled! Best of luck to you all!

I'm assuming I didn't make the cut. I applied a few days ago and just got the generic "if you're a good fit we will contact you to interview"....I was really looking forward to this opportunity

I did my first few hours as a needler. I LOVEEEE IT!! Its actually addictive in a good way, lol. I did 1 committed hr and 1 free skate hr which went on until 1hr 48 mins....Adds up pretty quick and I love that you can see what u make everyday. Good luck to everyone that applied. It is a very fast process and after you fill out the app. there shouldn't be anything else for you to do than wait for the email. It will say Congrats.... The training that you can go in and see, you won't use unless you're interviewed so no need to do it yet. Keep me posted you guys....Best of Luck!

P.S You dont have to be an absolute expert, but you do need to be able to show personality and salesmanship via chat.
